1:1 Sessions – In Person or virtual

Individual sessions offer a powerful way to deepen your practice, with guidance fully tailored to your needs and goals – whether we’re working together in person or virtually.

New to yoga?
This is the perfect space to build confidence, explore the foundations, and get familiar with the technical aspects of the practice – including modifications and terminology – in a safe and supportive environment.

More experienced?
Use this time to refine your practice: develop the strength and mobility for more advanced postures, explore yoga philosophy in more depth, or enjoy hands-on adjustments (in person) to take your flow further than group classes allow.

Session durations are flexible and can be adapted to fit your schedule – wherever you are.


GROUP CLASSES

Yoga with friends is a great way to move, connect, and share in the experience together. Practicing in a familiar group can make things feel more relaxed and open — offering space to ask questions, try new things, and even explore playful elements like partner work or acro yoga.

Group sessions are tailored to your preferences and can be arranged for anywhere from 2 to 20 people, depending on the space.
