Typical weekly schedule

Below is a typical weekly schedule of where and when you can find me in London! The studios are fully stocked with blocks, straps, fluffy towels and grippy lululemon mats - so all you need to bring is yourself, and maybe a bottle of water!

Please note that the schedule may change due to travel commitments or special events, my up to date schedule will always be posted on Instagram.

Friday

teachers practice

One of the first things that can suffer when stepping into the role of teacher, is your own personal practice. Remember - you cannot pour from an empty cup! Put this one in your diary, and make it an appointment with yourself that you cannot miss. Join other teachers and strong practitioners as we flow, play, challenge ourselves, and connect with one another. All while building our network and community, and reminding ourselves of why we do what we do.

time: 3 - 5pm

Extras

PRIVATE (1:1)

Individual tuition is incredibly beneficial, and can be tailored entirely to your needs as a student.

Just starting out? A perfect and safe space to learn the technical bits of the practice, as well as certain terminology and modifications, so you can enter a class setting with confidence.

Been practicing for a while? Use this as an opportunity to refine your practice - building the technique and strength/flexibility required for trickier skill based postures, learn more about the philosophy behind the practice, or simply relish the opportunity to be adjusted and assisted in every part of a flow taking you deeper into your yoga than you can get in a group setting.

Sessions are normally 60/75/90 mins depending on your preference, and can be conducted from your home or another suitable space.

GROUP CLASSES

Yoga with friends is awesome. It gives everyone a chance to bond, play and have fun. It can feel much less intimidating being in a class with people you know, and can give you an opportunity to ask questions, try some new stuff, maybe even dip a toe into the world of acro yoga!

Sessions again are 60/75/90 mins depending on your preference, and group size can range from 2-20 space depending!

The positive benefits of yoga are undeniable, not only on strength and flexibility of the body, injury reduction and prevention, but also on lowering cortisol levels, reducing stress and anxiety, boosting focus and productivity, improving sleep, counteracting desk body (tight lower back/hips, stiff neck etc) and more!
