ABOUT Chris
Chris is a yoga and meditation teacher, specializing in a strong dynamic vinyasa, and mobility infused practice.
For the past 15 years he has been sharing the practice with communities around the world in the form of classes, workshops, retreats, festivals, trainings and online offerings.
Before yoga, Chris’ movement background centered around rugby, martial arts, kettlebells and personal training. Originally coming to the practice to help relieve several injuries, Chris ended up coming back for the mental benefits, leaving each lesson happier and healthier than when he arrived. Yoga changed Chris’ life for the better, and he decided he needed to share this gift with everyone.
He holds the highest recognised credentials in the field, and over 2000 hours of training in a multitude of styles and modalities.

Classes with Chris are always fun, inspiring and tailored to give you exactly what you need. You will be encouraged to explore, play and test your boundaries physically and mentally. He believes in the real world application of yoga - gaining the beautiful benefits from our practice, and take those lessons and applying them to how we live our lives.
